How to order

We accept written orders by post, email, and telefax provided these are on company letterheads. We regret we do not accept verbal orders. For organisations with whom we have not dealt in the past and who are not quoted, we ask that payment accompany the order.

Payment may be made
- in Pounds Sterling on a bank with branches in the UK
- by Eurocheque
- VISA or Mastercard. If you wish to pay by credit card please send your full name, billing address of the card, card issuer & type, card number and expiry date.

In certain cases, payment by postage of bank notes is most cost-effective but these must be sent by registered mail.VAT is not payable outside the EU, and not within the EU for those companies that can provide a VAT number for us to return.
